The r2r challenge code has failed me many times. (like links to files to download). Does anyone have a cracked or a keygen for omnisphere 2? Just incase anyone else has any issues running this on Mac.

I have collaborated with the owner of /r/808Trading/u/808DiNiro to bring you all an up to date guide for installing Omnisphere. With both our knowledge on VST troubleshooting we think it was intended that we both linked up just to give you a fantastic guide.
We both came across many problems that many users face when trying to install Omnisphere, in this post We will go into exact detail on How to install the VST successfully and how to combat any problems you might face while installing.
The guide you are reading is 'Noob Friendly' which means I have gone into detail on everything. I have also included links to screen-shots highlighted in blue, so if you don't understand then, you can click the link to find out what I am referring to.
- To avoid any messages, GO STEP BY STEP. It's not hard.
- Don't open your DAW (Fruity Loops, Ableton Ect.) before you install and patch the .DLL.
- If you use a 32-bit version of FL, open the 32-bit Omnispehere .DLL in FL.
- If you're using 64-bit FL open 64-bit Omnisphere in FL.
- If you Installed it and are not getting sound, then delete everything incorporated with Omnisphere and try again (STEAM folder especially).
- Before you start, make sure you have the following DISK IMAGE FILES
- DON'T OPEN YOUR DAW BEFORE YOU PATCH THE .DLL
- Custom .DLL folders are not good guys, always saver .DLL file to your default location recommended by your DAW.
(Mine are)

THE GUIDE
Before installing we need to see if your.ISO files (Omnisphere Disks) open in 'Disk Image Mounter'. If you're on Windows 10orMac then you're fine, you wouldn't need to download a program to mount the disks. You can just double-click the .ISO files to mount, but if you're on Windows 8 or Below then I would recommend using Power ISOorDaemon Tools .
Let's check if your .ISO File Icons in your download folder look the same as this. If it doesn't and has different icons like This, then we need To Fix to continue. You can fix this by this either - Uninstalling the program it opens with, then restart your computer. Alternatively, - Right Click the file, Select Properties, Click 'Opens With' and choose 'Disk Image Mounter' from the drop-down menu. I am focusing purely on the Icons of the (Omnisphere Disks). If the .ISO file displays an Icon like This!. Then you need to Uninstall the program displayed on the .ISO Icons then restart your computer. After this, you should see your Download Folder looks exactly like This!. That means we can start the Installation.
Run the Installer, go through all the windows, choose where you want to save the DLL files. It should then ask you to insert disk, Double click This! and click OK on the installer. When that finishes it will ask you to insert Disk B. Which is named 'dyn-somni2D2', So Double click on dyn-somni2D2 then click 'OK' again. You have now installed the first 2 disks, and it's as easy as that, the same process goes for is all 8 Disks.
Step 2
After you have installed all 8 Disks, then the annoying part is over. Double Click 'Data Updater' and Install it. It should be a quick Process.
Trillian & Moog Patches - Ignore these, you don't need to install these if you want Omnisphere. (If you want these installed in the future, then it's a whole different process. Maybe I will make a guide in the future, who knows.)
Step 4
Open your Crack folder, Extract the R2R keygen and then right click on the keygen and select run as administrator. If it doesn't open then uninstall your Anti Virus and Turn Off your Windows Defender.
Click on 'Patch' and point the program to the place you have installed the VST files to. Patch both the 32 bit .DLL and the 64 bit **.DLL**Files. To do so, select the 'Omnisphere.dll' file in both places until you get this message 'Successfully Patched'. You also need to Patch both Omnisphere.dll files in Program Data. All 4 .Dll's need to be patched or Omnisphere will not work! (You also need to do it again when you UPDATE Omnisphere)
When done, open your DAW (I used FL Studio) in Admin mode,
- Load an instance of Omnisphere 2, and it will give you a Challenge Code. Hit the button 'Copy' near the Challenge Code text.
2) Paste the code into R2R Tool's smaller text box, located above the three buttons.
3) Hit the 'Generate' button after this and copy the code it generates in the lower, big text box.
4) Go back to the opened Omnisphere 2 instance and hit the 'Paste' button near the 'Response Code' text. Then hit Continue.
NOTE: Most of the time, when you paste the 'Response Code' into Omnisphere 2, the DAW crashes. I had to do it like 4 times until it worked, so just persist. If it doesn't want to work even after many tries, try another DAW.'
5) After this, you should see this GRAY SCREEN. When you do, close your DAW.
6) Open Omnisphere in your DAW again, and you should see this This. When you see this window keep spam clicking the Omnisphere Window until it opens.
7) Taa Daa. It's installed, you don't need to worry about anything else from now on.
If you still need help, DM Me or /u/808DiNiro and we will try to help you install Omnisphere. Also Subscribe to /r/808Trading & PlugInHub
Where can I find the download link?
*If I had $1 every time someone asked me this, then I would be a rich man. It's 2018 man, Anything & Everything is available on the Internet. Be careful what you download though, many of these FAKE sites plant malware into the software, or they just use you so they can profit from the links you click.
My DAW (FL Studio, Ableton, etc.) Crashes every time I paste in the code
This is very normal, keep doing this until you see a GREY window informing you to restart.
My R2R Keygen does not open, why is this?
Well, because it's a Keygen.exe file used to generate a license. Due to this, it can notify your Anti-Virus. The solution to this problem is to uninstall your Anti Virus and turn off your Windows Defender.
I keep getting error messages when I try opening sounds in Omnisphere
You installed it Incorrectly, Reinstall.
Where do I add Banks
(Letter of Drive):STEAMOmnisphereSettings LibraryPatches
My .ISO files don't open in disk image mounter
Remove the program it opens with then restart the computer (windows 7 and below use power iso).
Why's Omnisphere so slow!
Omnisphere is a powerful VST that eats through your CPU. If you're serious about producing, then I suggest upgrading to a better, more stable Computer.
In my Challenge Code Window, I only see 2 digits
RUN DAW AT 64Bit
When I try and patch my DLL files, I get the message 'failed patching'
This means it has already you patched it previously, and you don't need to patch it.

What's the best way to go about making a patch for a binary file? I want it to be simple for users to apply(a simple
MikeMikepatch
application would be nice). Running diff on the file just gives Binary files [...] differ

Check out
bsdiff
and bspatch
(website, manpage, paper, GitHub fork). To install this tool:
- Windows: Download and extract this package. You will also need a copy of
bzip2.exe
inPATH
; download that from the 'Binaries' link here. - macOS: Install Homebrew and use it to install
bsdiff
. - Linux: Use your package manager to install
bsdiff
.

Courgette, by the Google Chrome team, looks like most efficient tool for binary patching executables.
To quote their data:
Here are the sizes for the recent 190.1 -> 190.4 update on the developer channel:
- Full update: 10,385,920 bytes
- bsdiff update: 704,512 bytes
- Courgette update: 78,848 bytes
Here are instructions to build it. Here is a Windows binary from 2018 courtesy of Mehrdad.

xdelta (website, GitHub) is another option. It seems to be more recent, but otherwise I have no idea how it compares to other tools like bsdiff.
Usage:
- Creating a patch:
xdelta -e -s old_file new_file delta_file
- Applying a patch:
xdelta -d -s old_file delta_file decoded_new_file
Installation:
- Windows: Download the official binaries.
- Chocolatey:
choco install xdelta3
- Homebrew:
brew install xdelta
- Linux: Available as
xdelta
orxdelta3
in your package manager.

Modern port: Very useful .NET port for bsdiff/bspatch:
My personal choice.I tested it, and it was the only of all links, I was able out of the box to compile it (with Visual Studio, e.g. 2013). (The C++ source elsewhere is a bit outdated and needs at least a bit polishing and is only 32 bit which sets real memory (diff source size) limits. This is a port of this C++ code bsdiff and even tests if the patch results are identical to original code).
Further idea: With .NET 4.5 you could even get rid of #Zip lib, which is a dependency here.
I haven't measured if it is slightly slowlier than the c++ code, but it worked fine for me, (bsdiff: 90 MB file in 1-2 min.), and time-critical for me is only the bspatch, not the bsdiff.
I am not really sure, if the whole memory of a x64 machine is used, but I assume it. The x64 capable build ('Any CPU') works at least. Tried with a 100 MB file.
-Besides: The cited Google project 'Courgette' may be the best choice if your main target are executable files. But it is work to build it (for Windows measures, at least), and for binary files it is also using pure bsdiff/bspatch, as far as I have understood the doc.

Assuming you know the structure of the file you could use a c / c++ program to modify it byte by byte:
Just read in the old file, and write out a new one modified as you like.
Don't forget to include a file format version number in the file so you know how to read any given version of the file format.
